All guests are required to complete the digital waiver prior to boarding. Your captain will check your waiver confirmation email with a valid form of ID. You will not be able to board the boat until you've signed the digital waiver. All guests (not just the organizer) will need to do this prior to boarding.

Detroit tours are located next to St. Jean Public Boat Launch: Follow the signs to the parking lot.

St. Clair Shores tours will start and end at Blossom Heath Park & Pier

We suggest arriving 15 minutes early. Tours leave at the exact time of the tour start time you sign up for.

This is a city owned marina and they charge $15 per car for parking.
On the day of your event text RIVER222 to 25023 and link will be sent to your phone via Text2Park. Enter your license plate number and credit card information. Provide proof of payment as well as reservation confirmation to the guard at the gate. Make sure everyone in your party has a copy of the tiki reservation and payment confirmation for each car.
UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE.
Advanced payment is not available.
Payment can not be paid until 30 minutes before your tour start time.

We run 7 days a week with tours running in 2 hour increments.
Aloha Tiki Tours operates May 5th - October 1st!
The only time we don’t operate is when Mother Nature doesn't play nice. If this happens you will be contacted and given a future credit for a ride.

On the Tiki Boats
Aloha Tiki Tours is a private charter for hire which allows you to BRING YOUR OWN BAR! Yes you read that right! Beer, Wine and Liquor are allowed!!! You are allowed to bring your own food on board as well! No kegs :)

Safety is very important to all of us of course! Our captains are all USCG certified captains. We provide life jackets for all. When you arrive you will have to sign a waiver. If under the age of 18 a legal guardian must sign before you can hop on. We also have a fire extinguishers on board.

If you jump off the boat during the tour, the tour will cancel immediately and no refund will be given. A $500 fine will also be assessed to the person's credit card who booked.

Although most tours will keep their toes dry, we can't guarantee there won't be a splash here or there, so we suggest dressing accordingly.

No! None of any kind what so ever. We have an exposed gas tank and the Federal Government prohibits it.

No smoking, hookah, or kegs! If you bring glass bottles please bring a plastic cup to pour it in to.

No. Ages 12 and up are welcome on the Tiki boat. All riders are required to sign a waiver for those over the age of 18. All riders must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for those under 18 year's of age. We have adult lifejackets on board for all guests. Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.

Detroit, St Clair Shores + Wyandotte:
You can bring any refreshment of your choice, just no kegs or glass :) We do not provide ice so make sure you bring ice and cups! We highly suggest bringing water also!
Port Huron:
Bring your own snacks & non-alcoholic drinks! However you are not allowed to bring outside ice and alcohol! All ice must be purchased through the marina per marina rules.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to MLCC no outside alcohol is allowed to be brought through property on Tiki Boat.
Drink packages will be available with pre-packaged coolers for you! The bar inside the marina will have a list of options!
Drinks are also available at North 43 Bar located inside CAN Marina. This is a full service bar with to-go drinks as well.

Once the Tiki Boat(s) is booked it is non-refundable.
No matter what, zero exceptions.
If you need to cancel you have the flexibility of switching your tour to another time and day for a whole year! You must let us know no later than **72 hours before your tour**
Aloha Tiki Tours reserves the right to move locations due to the water status and safety concerns for the season. Aloha Tiki Tours takes this very seriously and will follow the recommendation of the US COAST GUARD.

We go out rain or shine!
The Tiki Boat bar is covered and will do a good job keeping you dry.
**No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.**
We have no control of weather and unfortunately you can not be refunded if you cancel because the weather temperature is not to your liking.
If the captain determines the weather is not safe you can reschedule up to a year from your booking. You can reschedule for a future date or the following year.
We have a 1 foot wave restricition that we adhere to per the rules set in place by United States Coast Guard. If waves are over 1 foot we will be required to cancel the rides and you will be able to reschedule for up to a year from your booking.
